How do I list my home for sale on your website?
First, you need to visit our sales page: Click here. Choose a plan (basic or featured) and make your payment. Once you make the payment, you should instantly receive an email with your Paypal transaction ID. Enter your Paypal transaction ID in the textbox at the bottom on this page. You will be taken to a form asking for information on your home. Submit the form and you should be ready! This process should not take more than 30 minutes.

How much does it cost to list my home on your website?

How often will I be charged?
We only collect a one-time fee. We do not take monthly payments, and we do not take commission.

How often will my advertisement be seen?
We are ranked on search engines for tens of thousands of keywords. We bring in millions of new visitors every month. Everyday, you will have access to the thousands of fresh visitors looking to buy homes we get from search engines. On top of the amazing traffic, we also offer options to increase your exposure (such as with our "Featured" listing).

How successful are you with selling properties?
As we are not real estate agents, we do not charge our customers a commission once their homes are sold. As such, it is difficult for us to track exact performance. However, we do poll our customers periodically. In most metro regions, our success rates range from 45% to 85%. In most areas, we have roughly the same success rate as full-time real estate agents. As with all real estate, the most important factor is the location. A great house in a great area that is priced correctly will sell quickly; likewise, unattractive homes may have more difficulty. We can guarantee that we work as much as we can to try and attract potential buyers to your advertisement to try and get your home sold in a timely manner.

Do you only allow homes to be listed for sale? What about other types of property?
We allow properties of all types to be listed! From land to commercial property, you can list your property as "for sale by owner" in our database.
